This holiday season, escape into a galaxy far, far away with fan-favorite experiences, music and art from our studio. Whether you’re a first-time adventurer looking to step into your own exciting story, a seasoned lightsaber-wielder looking to hone your skills, or someone who appreciates the detail that goes into creating beloved experiences, there’s something for everyone with the below offerings. To make it easier to find something new for you – or someone on your gift list – to enjoy, we’ve created a guide to help immerse you in the world of Star Wars.

For the explorer who is always looking to live out their next big adventure

Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to set out on a journey across Batuu? If so, then Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge is the perfect VR experience for you! This action-packed adventure will let you live out your own unforgettable story as you explore a new part of a galaxy far, far away. You will be able to take on the Guavian Death Gang, First Order, as well as play as a Jedi and IG unit in Seezelslak’s exciting Tales. The experience features both new and iconic characters from the Star Wars galaxy, with multiple styles of gameplay and difficulty settings that can be selected as you play in a way that feels best for you.

Both parts of Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge are available now on Meta Quest.

The complete experience will be released as a launch title on PlayStation VR2 as the Enhanced Edition on February 22, 2023, and can be pre-ordered on the PlayStation Store.

For the risk-taker who is unafraid of facing the Lord of the Sith

If you’ve dreamed of what it would be like to stand up against Darth Vader, you have the opportunity to do just that by stepping into Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series. The three-part episodic experience lets you live out your own Star Wars cinematic adventure when you must uncover an ancient mystery at the behest of the Sith Lord himself. The series also includes the fan-favorite Lightsaber Dojo modes, where you can perfect your own lightsaber skills within Vader’s training dojo.

Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series is available on Meta Quest and PlayStation VR.

For the music lover who is hoping to escape into transcendent soundscapes

Close your eyes and be transported to Batuu while listening to the original soundtrack from Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge. The 21 track album features scores by Emmy® and BAFTA-winning composer Bear McCreary (DaVinci’s Demons, Outlander, God of War); composer Joseph Trapanese (Shadow and Bone, The Witcher, The Greatest Showman); and composer/technical audio designer, Danny Piccione (Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series — Episode III, Myth: A Frozen Tale). We also did exclusive interviews with the composers Danny, Bear, and Joseph, which you can check out for additional information on how these pieces were made.

Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge (Original Soundtrack) is available from major music retailers here.
